After obtaining his degree in Architecture at the Polytechnic University of Milan with full marks, Fabio Curcio Valentini enrolled with the Chieti Architects’ Association. In 2000 he joined Sandro Curcio Valentini ed Associati, the family architecture firm, where he immediately had the opportunity to prove his talent in the hotel design sector and to develop his extraordinary expertise and experience. As his personality, accuracy and thorough nature was recognised both in Italy and abroad, Fabio Curcio Valentini also became involved in charity initiatives with the Rossetti di Vasto association.

Over the years, he has worked with prestigious partners such as Eurotekna (Milan), where he was a project manager, and he has acted as owner’s rep, project manager, design manager and construction manager for Gruppo Statuto. He was a director for the company managing the London Crown Plaza Hotel. On behalf of Gruppo Statuto, he has managed and coordinated projects with the largest international hotel chains, in close cooperation with major players on the Italian and international market, as well as with the most prestigious names in architecture and engineering.

Andrea Ballestrazzi, Managing Partner of vast experience in the development of design and construction projects, is the new partnership of CVHP Studio. He is capable to manage every single aspect of estate business project from the purchase of the property to tenants management, with highest attention to budget, document and risk assessment. His activities focus on:

Lately, many projects have borne witness to Fabio Curcio Valentini’s commitment and skills:

Over many years Valentini coordinated an integration and restructuring project at the Danieli Hotel in Venice, with a total value of EUR 30 million, bearing the signature of world-famous architects such as Pierre-Yves Rochon and Jacques Garcia. From 2006 to 2015, Fabio Curcio Valentini managed various large-scale sections of the work, carried out across five winter months without interrupting hotel operations.

Valentini coordinated an integrated project for the W Hotel in Milan, managed by the international design firm Yabu Pushelberg. The work lasted from 2006 to 2010 and amounted to EUR 9 million.

Valentini coordinated the project for the Duomo Intercontinental Hotel in Milan, bearing the signature of the Richmond International design firm. The work lasted from 2006 to 2008 and amounted to EUR 5 million.

Valentini coordinated an integrated project for the spa of the Four Seasons Hotel in Milan, designed by the Patricia Urquiola international design firm, supervising preliminary structural works totalling EUR 2 million (from 2007 to 2008) and working as a design manager from 2009 to 2011.

Valentini coordinated the preliminary feasibility studies for the Mandarin Hotel in Milan from 2006 to 2008 and, in collaboration with the Antonio Citterio international design firm, was responsible for coordinating the architectural and interior design from 2009 to 2011. Finally, in 2014 he was project and construction manager, dealing with room furnishings and finishes, with a total value of approximately EUR 10 million.

Valentini carried out a number of feasibility studies on behalf of Gruppo Statuto for the extension of the Four Seasons Hotel on Via Montenapoleone in Milan, for the construction of a Sheraton Hotel in Sesto San Giovanni and a W Roma Hotel, and for the building of two new food outlets in the courtyard of Via Montenapoleone 12 and in the historical structure built by Emilio Lancia in Piazza San Babila.

Valentini provides real estate consulting services and has performed feasibility studies for New York-based companies OneStone Capital and Samba.

Valentini worked as a project manager for luxury apartments in a new building in Via Moscova, 38 in Milan.

Valentini has managed multiple projects and feasibility studies for the Rinascimento Valori company:
– two new luxury 5-star hotels with top international hotel brands at the heart of Via Veneto in Rome;
– branding of a historic hotel in Rome near Villa Borghese;
– feasibility study for the branding of a historic hotel on Via Veneto in Roma;
– branding and restructuring of a hotel with 300 rooms in Milan;
– branding of a small luxury hotel on Lake Como;
– branding of a luxury resort in Tuscany.
