CVHP is a Project Management and Property Development group with a key vision to manage and develop unique real estate icons. Supporting upscale, design-led projects that push the boundaries of innovation and construction and provide significant added value to investors.

CVHP constantly conducts distinctive development opportunities and manage all aspects of the process and conversion: from identification and inception through to conceptualization, delivery and completion.

CVHP core strategy is built around identifying trophy assets, managing complicated deals, asset conversion and delivering to optimization. Our experience with conversion schemes enables us to successfully minimalize timing, costs and risks and ensure a smooth process to obtain any necessary approvals. The group’s expertise lies in medium to large-scale mixed-use developments with a specific focus on real estate and hospitality sectors which often involve complex building conversions.

OWNER REP: EXPERIENCE & QUALITY

As owner’s rep group we represent the owner’s interests in the development of the project, by acting on their behalf. Our scope of work varies from project to project and can include tasks such as feasibility studies, construction document reviews, estimating, construction management, overseeing budgets, quality control and closing out projects.

CVHP makes sure that the owner’s goals and objectives are going to be met in every decision that goes into a real estate project. This includes ensuring that the project will be delivered on-time and on-budget to an agreed upon standard of quality.
